Heartfulness Has Become a Revolution for World Peace: Bajpai

The fourth phase of the Basant Utsav concluded at Ramchandra Mission Ashram; 25k practitioners from 74 countries participated, dialogue meditation and peace.

Shahjahanpur, YBN Correspondent. The fourth phase of the Basant Utsav organized at Shri Ramchandra Mission Ashram concluded on Sunday. On this occasion, Mission Secretary Umashankar Bajpai, Uttar Pradesh In-charge Anupam Agrawal, Trainer Madho Gopal Agrawal, and Working Committee Member Sanjay Sehgal interacted with the media. All four office-bearers shared their experiences and explained the significance of the Mission and Heartfulness.

25,000 Practitioners from 74 Countries Participated

During the “Meet the Press” program held in the meditation hall, Secretary Umashankar Bajpai stated that this spiritual congregation, which began on February 12, will continue until March 2. So far, in four phases, nearly 25,000 practitioners from India and 74 countries have participated.

Sahaj Marg and Heartfulness Are the Same Method

Responding to a question, he clarified that Sahaj Marg and Heartfulness Meditation are the same spiritual practice. What began in a small lane of Shahjahanpur has now reached 160 countries and has become a revolution for world peace.

Special आयोजन on the Golden Jubilee

Trainer Madho Gopal Agrawal informed that Babooji Maharaj established the first ashram in Shahjahanpur in 1976. On the occasion of the ashram’s golden jubilee this year, the Basant Utsav is being celebrated in five phases.

Meditation Reduces Stress

He said that regular meditation practice reduces mental stress, enhances concentration, and brings positive changes in behavior. In all four phases, a large number of practitioners from India and abroad participated in collective meditation sessions.

Meditation Explained on Scientific Grounds

Working Committee Member Sanjay Sehgal, who came from Atlanta, USA, explained the scientific and practical aspects of meditation in simple language. He stated that heart-centered meditation helps develop emotional stability and mental balance.

Emphasis on Service, Discipline, and Harmony

Uttar Pradesh In-charge Anupam Agrawal said that the Mission’s objective is not only to teach meditation but also to implement life values in daily conduct. Promoting a positive social environment through service, discipline, and harmony is also a priority.

Journalists Participated in the Dialogue

During the media interaction, journalists also shared their experiences and raised queries regarding mental peace and a stress-free life. The program was conducted by Vikram from Kanha, while Media In-charge Suyash Sinha expressed gratitude. Joint Secretary Arjun Agrawal, A.K. Garg, Raj Gopal Agrawal, Lokesh, and others were also present on the occasion.
